Eligibility
You need to be at least 18 (or old enough to form a binding contract where you live) to order. By checking out, you're confirming you are.
Orders
Batches are finite, so orders are subject to availability and we may cancel and refund anything we can't fill. Prices are in USD — the price at checkout is the price you pay. We can fix obvious errors and refuse or cancel an order (even after checkout) if something's clearly wrong, from a pricing typo to a whiff of fraud.
Subscriptions
Bill monthly until you pause or cancel, which you can do anytime before your next billing date. Subscriber pricing applies while it's active.
Delivery
Free hand delivery within 5 miles of downtown Austin, $6 across the rest of the Austin metro, $8 flat everywhere else in the USA — free on orders over $99. Delivery windows are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you give us.
The product
Biltong is a perishable meat product. Ingredients and allergens are printed on every pack and product page — that label is the final word. Store it cool and dry and eat it within the window after opening. For health, nutrition, and allergen details, see our Disclaimer.
No warranties
Our biltong is made with real care, but the site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will be flawless or that biltong will solve your problems — however delicious it is.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Billi Tong's Biltong isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the product in question. It's cured beef, not a parachute. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
You cover us for misuse
If you misuse the product or the site and it causes a problem, you agree to indemnify us — meaning you can't drag us into a mess you personally cooked up.
Our stuff
The BT mark, the wildebeest, the words, the photos — all ours. Don't nick it.
Governing law
Texas law governs; disputes go to the courts of Travis County, TX.

We may update these terms now and then; the current version always lives here with the date below. Keep shopping and you're good with the update.
