What we're building
South African-style biltong, made from Texas beef, sold direct to Austin and shipped USA-wide.
The brand, the site, and the sales channel are built. The missing piece is the right ranch.
Who we're looking for
- Texas-based — within reach of Austin preferred.
- Pasture-first: grass-fed, sustainably or regeneratively managed — and you can speak to how your land and herd are run.
- USDA-inspected supply chain (or a clear path to one), so your beef can flow into inspected production.
- Room to grow: we start small and scale the offtake with you.
