Buying early

Can I buy biltong now? Almost — we're pre-launch. The only way in early is the Founding 50: $100 claims a first-batch founder box (about $100 of biltong at list), a numbered founder spot, merch and early access. 50 spots; ships from Batch One the day we open; full refund if we never launch. When they're gone, we go quiet until launch.

Where does the beef come from? Grass-fed beef, and we're building toward better: we're partnering with local, sustainable and regenerative Texas ranches — when our ranch partner signs, you'll see their name on the site. The ranch search →

Delivery

Where do you deliver? Free hand-delivery within 5 miles of downtown Austin — Calvern brings it to your office or door. $6 anywhere else in the Austin metro, $8 flat everywhere else in the USA, and free on any order over $99.

How fast? Austin orders land within 2–3 days; the rest of the USA in 2–5. You'll get a text when we're en route — from a human, not a robot.

How do subscriptions work? Pick a size, subscribe, save 10% forever. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime. No contracts, no retention specialist, no guilt.

The product

What's in it? Beef, vinegar, salt, coriander, fennel, black pepper. Hill Country Heat adds chilli. That's everything.

Allergens? Contains beef. No gluten, soy, dairy, or sugar. Made in a facility that handles spices.
